How StayCareInfo Shares Your Information

VRLY Ventures LLC, operating as StayCareInfo, is a senior care matching service. When you submit our care matching form, we share your information (name, contact details, care needs, location) with senior care providers and care matching networks so they can reach out to you about your care request.

We receive compensation from care providers and networks when we share your information with them. Under the CCPA, this compensation may qualify as a "sale" of personal information, even though the purpose is to connect you with care options you requested.

How to Opt Out

If you would like to opt out of having your personal information shared with care providers and networks, you may do so by:

1. Email: Send a request to legal@staycareinfo.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Personal Information." Include your name and the email address you used when submitting a care request.

We will process your request within 15 business days and confirm by email once complete.

What Happens After You Opt Out

• We will stop sharing your information with new care providers and affiliate networks
• Providers who already received your information prior to your opt-out may still have it under their own privacy policies
• You can still use our Site to browse content, guides, and provider listings
• If you submit a new care matching form in the future, that will be treated as a new consent to share

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your opt-out rights. You will still have full access to our educational content and provider directory.
