VRLY Ventures LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating as StayCareInfo, provides the staycareinfo.com website (the "Site") and related services subject to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

StayCareInfo is a senior care information and lead matching service. We provide:

  • A provider directory with listings of senior care providers
  • A care matching form that connects families with care providers in their area

We are not a care provider. We do not provide medical care, caregiving services, or medical advice. We are a referral and information service that connects families with third-party care providers. We do not employ, supervise, or control any care provider listed on or matched through our Site.

4. Care Matching and Lead Sharing

When you submit our care matching form:

  • You consent to having your information shared with care providers and care matching networks as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You understand that care providers or their representatives may contact you by email, phone, or text message regarding your care request
  • You acknowledge that we earn referral fees when your information is shared with care providers, and this is how our free service is funded
  • You understand that we do not guarantee any particular outcome, provider availability, pricing, or quality of care

5. Provider Directory

Provider listings on our Site are compiled from public data sources and provider submissions. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. Provider listings do not constitute endorsements.

6. No Medical Advice

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY CARE PROVIDER MATCHED THROUGH OUR SERVICE.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VRLY VENTURES LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY CARE PROVIDER INTERACTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VRLY Ventures LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved as follows:

  • Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@staycareinfo.com.
  • Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails after 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Middlesex County, New Jersey.
  • CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
